Why the Kitchen

Polyvocal by design, not handed down.

Too much leadership training reaching the Global South was written from a distance, by people who never had to lead in that context. Kingdom Catalyst reverses that. Every microlesson has a named contributor at the center. You choose the format: written, audio, video, or a recorded conversation. Nothing is published without your review and approval first.

Where a topic doesn’t have a contributor yet, an AI-assisted draft holds the place as a visible placeholder, labeled “DRAFT, awaiting a contributor,” so it can never quietly stand in for your voice.

How it works

From invitation to published lesson.

We reach out

With a specific topic in mind and why your voice fits it, we send an invitation explaining the course and the ask.

You choose the format

Written reflection, audio, video, or a conversation we record and transcribe together. Whatever fits how you naturally teach.

We draft, you approve

We shape your contribution into a short microlesson (3 to 7 minutes) and send it back for your review before anything is published.

It goes live, credited to you

Your lesson joins the course, cross-linked to related topics so learners can follow the idea across all four modules.
