Worldview roots determine missional fruit.
Every mission strategy grows out of a belief about who God is and what he is doing in the world. When that root is only half formed, the fruit is half formed too. Kingdom Catalyst is built on one Belief Tree, grounded in a single, undivided picture of Jesus as Priest and King (Revelation 5:6), the Lamb on the throne.
Centuries of Western theology split the two. The Priest was overemphasized until mission shrank to personal salvation. The King was distorted until Christ’s authority was used to justify conquest. Kingdom Catalyst exists to reveal the wholeness that was there all along, a whole Gospel of word and deed together, proclamation and transformation as one movement, not a divide to manage.
The Global South has often held together what Western Christianity divided. So in this course, Global South voices are not background commentary. They are the primary source.
Four Wholes. One course.
Kingdom Catalyst is organized around four questions, each one a module of the course.
Whole Person
Who is the recipient? Wholistic flourishing, soul care, and leadership formation from the inside out.
Whole Church
Who is the agent? The priesthood of all believers, and the Church as both gathered community and sent movement.
Whole Gospel
What is the message? Integral mission, where proclamation and transformation are one gospel, not two.
Whole World
What is the scope? Strategic peoples, places, seasons, and issues, not just geography.
A learning platform built for a phone, not a laptop.
Kingdom Catalyst isn’t a set of videos bolted onto an off-the-shelf course tool. Our volunteer development team, Create Labs, is building a custom app from the ground up, designed around how leaders in low-bandwidth, mobile-first contexts actually learn.
Follow one idea everywhere
Every topic is cross-linked by theme, so a learner can trace one idea across all four modules instead of moving through a single locked sequence.
Built for low-end devices
Native app and web access from one codebase, sign in by phone number, and content built to hold up on a slow connection.
Two ways to learn
Move through the guided Course module by module, or explore freely by topic in the Field, whichever fits how you learn.
Built on ground already proven.
Kingdom Catalyst is the next, deeper build from GlobalCAST Resources’ prior initiative, the School of Missions Advocacy (SOMA), which trained leaders online for years before this course existed.
Here’s what’s true right now.
We are building in the open. Every topic is developed with a named contributor, most of them Global South leaders and practitioners. Where a lesson hasn’t been built yet, an AI-assisted draft holds the place, clearly labeled as a placeholder awaiting a contributor, so a draft can never quietly become the final word.
This course is not yet launched. We are actively recruiting contributors, building the course platform with our volunteer development team, and inviting partners who want to help carry it the rest of the way. If that’s you, there are two doors below.
Two ways in.
