If our goal is to send out more and more laborers into the harvest, then we will need people dedicating themselves to the ministry of mobilizing the laborers to action. But the natural question is this: if the mobilizer is developing those who go, send, pray, and welcome, who is developing the mobilizers?

There are many training resources available to equip followers of Jesus for roles like evangelism and church planting but much less for the crucial role of “missions mobilizer”. So let’s keep asking the question “Who is developing training and resources for missions mobilizers?” Here is a list of organizations who offer training for missions mobilizers. In Nigeria we have so many locations where disciples need to be organize in regards to the fulfilment of the great commission, Jesus said “The harvest is plentiful but the labourers are few” pls we need more hands, we need mobilizers.
